Frequently asked questions

My drawing doesn't come out well. Use a white sheet, dark outlines and good light, and fill the frame with the drawing. You can also draw directly in the app.

A joint bends strangely. On the skeleton step, tap "Adjust" and drag the points onto the right joints.

How do I restore my purchase? Open the Drawlings Plus screen and tap "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription? In iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Where are my drawings stored? Only on your device (and in its backup). We never receive them.

The voices sound different on another iPhone. Voices are generated on each device; older devices may take a moment to prepare a story.
